1930's Fiestaware teacup and saucer,

the only item in this color I have out of 50 or so random pieces. 

It really pretty against my 1940's pyrex mixing bowl.

I like colored dishes...a lot!

Looks like everything is coming together just fine...

And then...gooey, sticky, can't get it out of the pan without Hubby's help!

No Problem! Powdered sugar to the rescue...and the counter, and the floor, and the cabinet, and the window?  How did we get it on the window?

It turned out yummy,

 according to Hubby's inability to keep it out of his mouth!
